Refund Policy & Booking Deposits

Wolf Eyes Photography cares about client satisfaction. 

 

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Wolf Eyes Photography from shooting on a scheduled date the client will get a full refund of their deposit if applicable. Rescheduling on the client's behalf using a previously place deposit will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

A booking deposit is required in order to schedule a session with Wolf Eyes Photography and are applied to the total cost of your session. 

Booking deposits and other payments are collected via Venmo, Paypal, or Cashapp. Please click the link below to access your preferred method:

No refund (booking deposit or otherwise) will be given under any circumstances if the client(s) fails to attend the session on the day and at the time previously booked, or the session is cancelled on client's behalf.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Wolf Eyes Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the client selected and paid for the session/image(s) at which point Wolf Eyes Photography sent the client the correct image/images) it is then considered non-refundable.
