Booking Your Session
Sessions book no less than 10 business days in advance by sending a message to the photographer for the latest session availability

A deposit of 50% of your session total is collected upon booking and is only forfeited if the session is cancelled on the subject's behalf with less than 48 hours’ notice (rescheduling offered on a case-by-case basis). Refunds are only provided if the session is cancelled on behalf of Wolf Eyes Photography, LLC (with few exceptions). Sessions are currently scheduled on Friday-Monday. Offer of 15% off per individual is exclusively for offices/agencies booking 3+ sessions on the same day at the same location.
What to Expect
Headshots are done on site or at predetermined location. Indoor sessions are hosted using a fully transportable studio. Sessions are scheduled in 20, 60 or 90-minute increments. A small portion of your session may be dedicated to outfit changes, signing an imaging release (required), background changes, posing techniques, and other matters that may need addressing during your booked time. Additional subjects, outfit changes and props are prohibited unless approved in advance by photographer.
Background colors include black, white, red and gray. If you have background color preference or any other special requests, please inform your photographer at the time of booking. If no background color is requested in advance, one will be selected at the start of your session.

Don't have a space to shoot? No problem! Studio space available for an additional rental charge. Price based on session time and location.
All final images go through a multi-level editing process. During the first phase of editing, general aesthetics such as lighting, and cropping will be addressed. A gallery will then be uploaded to the Wolf Eyes Photography website, and a private link will be emailed to you (estimated delivery of online gallery is 7-10 business days from shooting). Once you have selected your desired photo(s), please reply via email including the number associated with your desired image within 7 business days. Any à la carte editing preferences will need to be requested at this time. Once any potential areas of concern regarding your photo are addressed, the 2nd round of editing will take place. Backdrops will often be brightened and softened during this phase of editing unless otherwise requested. The final image(s) will then be emailed to you within 5 business days.
Additional photos may be purchased for $35 each.
